Many thanks to Astraware for having kindly provided us with the material for this review.
The game:
Claudius is a brave sailor, who ended up lost on the mystic Pixelus island The island is inhabited by all the ancient Greek Gods, who live in dedicated temples. In order to return back home, Claudius will have to help each God completing their puzzle The game: The aim of the game is to solve puzzle of various lenghts and difficulties. Each God represent a level of difficulty. In order to step up to the next temple, Claudius will need to solve a certain amount of puzzles. The mosaics, have a pre-fixed scheme, to which we need to add the missing components. | The pieces are pushed by Claudius from the edge of the puzzole.
The piece will not stop until it finds an obstacle (an already place piece), therefore, sometimes Claudius will have to place pieces in the wrong place just to allow the piece to stop in the correct position. |
The game is not immediately obvious, but fun once you become used to it. Luckily the game allows us to discover the answer to the puzzle
Once the mosaic is completed we can then speak with the God who lives in that temple.
Conclusions:
This is great game, both in terms of implementation and graohics. As said before, the techniques are not immediately obvious and some practice will be required, however, after a few games this Pixelus will become addictive.
Pro: Fun More than 200 puzzles Fun story
Cons: none
